Asian Adventures
Asia offers a richness and diversity that’s hard to match—where vibrant cities, extraordinary landscapes and deeply rooted cultures come together in ways that feel both energising and immersive.
Having spent several years living in Singapore, this is a region I know and understand well. That insight allows us to go beyond the obvious—shaping journeys that feel considered, balanced and genuinely rewarding.
Whether it’s exploring the contrast of modern cities and ancient traditions, travelling between countries, or combining culture with time to unwind, each itinerary is carefully designed to reflect how you want to experience the region.
The result is a journey that feels engaging, thoughtful and full of variety—without ever feeling overwhelming.
ASIAN HOLIDAY INSPIRATION

Singapore / Bali
I was lucky enough to spend 4 years in Singapore – one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world.
Singapore is without doubt one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. With its ultra -modern streets, colonial monuments and nearby Sentosa – home to Universal Studios, this glistening metropolis has it all. Shopaholics will love the mesmerising number of malls along Orchard Road, while younger visitors will be fascinated by the night safari and zoo. Add to this the Singapore Flyer and the iconic Raffles Hotel and you’re only just scratching the surface of this spectacular city-state.
However, if you can’t decide between a city break and a relaxing beach escape, a short two hour flight to the idyllic Indonesian island of Bali should be just what you’re looking for. Encircled by turquoise waters, Bali’s laidback atmosphere and dreamy sunsets are perfect for the romantic at heart.
The island offers a variety of different beach resorts, from the luxurious gated development of Nusa Dua, to traditional Sanur where small hotels are scattered along the sandy shores. Head further inland to Ubud and you will discover lush rice terraces, ancient temples and thriving arts and crafts communities.
And if Bali doesn’t feel right for you, there are many countries within a few of hours of Singapore’s award winning Changi airport – including Lombok (Bali’s more laidback sister), Thailand, The Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Vietnam / Cambodia
Few regions in the world deliver the richness and contrast of Vietnam and Cambodia, a journey that moves effortlessly between vibrant cities, serene landscapes and deeply rooted cultural heritage. It combines two of my favourite countries in the world in a combination that works exceptionally well as a single, fluid itinerary, with each destination adding a different dimension to the experience.
Vietnam is a country of striking diversity. In the north, the energy of Hanoi is balanced by the calm, otherworldly beauty of Ha Long Bay, where limestone karsts rise dramatically from emerald waters. Central Vietnam introduces a more refined pace — from the lantern-lit charm of Hoi An to the imperial elegance of Hue. In the south, Ho Chi Minh City brings a modern, cosmopolitan edge, while the waterways of the Mekong Delta offer a softer, more traditional rhythm of life.
Cambodia complements this perfectly. The undeniable highlight is Angkor Wat — vast, intricate and genuinely awe-inspiring, particularly at sunrise when the temples emerge from the jungle in near silence. Nearby, Siem Reap provides an easy, well-balanced base with excellent hotels and a relaxed dining scene. For those looking to extend the journey, Cambodia’s southern coastline offers a more understated take on tropical beach escapes, where quiet luxury replaces crowds.
For families, couples or those marking a special occasion, Vietnam and Cambodia offer something rare: a long-haul journey that feels both adventurous and effortlessly comfortable.

Japan
Japan is a country that reveals itself in contrasts — where centuries-old tradition and cutting-edge modernity sit effortlessly side by side. I have just developed a beautiful itinerary between Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Kanazawa to create a journey that feels both immersive and beautifully paced — each stop offering a distinct perspective on the country.
Tokyo is an extraordinary starting point. Vast, energetic and endlessly layered, it moves from neon-lit districts and world-class dining to quiet shrines and hidden neighbourhoods with ease. From here, Hakone provides an immediate shift in pace — a mountainous escape known for its hot spring ryokan, views of Mount Fuji and a sense of calm that feels worlds away from the capital.
Kyoto offers the cultural heart of the journey. This is where Japan’s traditions are most visible — from temple-lined streets and serene gardens to the timeless atmosphere of Gion. It’s a city best explored slowly, with time to absorb its detail and quiet beauty. Hiroshima adds depth and perspective — a modern, welcoming city with a powerful history, balanced by the nearby tranquillity of Miyajima Island and its iconic floating torii gate.
Kanazawa provides a more understated finale. Often overlooked, it rewards those who venture here with beautifully preserved districts, one of Japan’s most celebrated landscape gardens in Kenrokuen Garden, and a strong sense of heritage without the crowds of Kyoto.
What makes Japan so compelling is the ease with which it all connects. High-speed rail links each destination seamlessly, allowing you to experience remarkable variety without ever feeling rushed. It’s a journey defined by beauty and thoughtful detail — one that stays with you long after you return home.
